THE SCOTTISH LARDER

The making of a meal at Candacraig starts with sourcing local, quality ingredients — and we are very proud to work with a range of Scottish food producers and suppliers, each handpicked for consistent high standards, sustainability credentials and attention to detail.

Scotland has a bountiful larder at its fingertips, and at Candacraig we make use of the best. The majority of our suppliers are based nearby in Aberdeenshire and Perthshire — and this includes sourcing farm reared meats, Scottish game, seafood, fresh bread and vegetables.

We select specialist items from further afield but still ethically produced — such as cheeses from The Fine Cheese Co. in England and Sturia French caviar.
